I installed the debugging symbols and will try to create a useful backtrace. Today though, it appears that my log is clear of those errors and Nautilus works fine. I haven't done any upgrades since I reported the error. I have however changed do the "deadline" scheduler, reinstalled xmonad and gdm, and added the "noatime" and "discard" options the mount of ext4 on my SSD drive.
