Solucionado; despues de darle muchas vueltas, hoy he quitado el certificado y lo he vuelto a poner, me he enviado un correo a mi mismo y todo ha ido bien. Sin embargo creo que eso ya lo habia hecho antes, incluso he borrado las carpetas de evolution y .pki y restaurar desde la copia de seguridad y nada.
