Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-user-share
In gnome-file-share-properties (Control Center > Personal File Sharing), mouse clicks for the check-box "Receive files in Downloads folder over Bluetooth" are ignored and have no effect. That is, until you move the window (Personal File Sharing Preferences), and then the check-box suddenly starts working as it should.
