Binary package hint: brasero

when I try to duplicate a CD (data, audio)  , all is OK until the source CD has 
been read and ejected waiting for the destination CD to be inserted. 
But a window appears : Manually eject the disk . not possible to eject the 
disk. it must be ejected to continue

==> Brasero did not detect the disk was correctly ejected

I can just cancel to continue
