I changed the status to "Opinion" to better reflect the status. I
believe the new behavior of the file operations dialog's indicator icon
is confusing and a regression in terms if discoverability and ease of
use.

The reason is that in most people's mind, closing a window terminates
whatever operation the window is showing. The behavior where to hide the
operation you have to close the window is unintuitive and I believe that
many users will not close the file operations dialog for fear of
terminating the operation.

If you think this is not an issue, then by all means close this ticket.
