Binary package hint: gnome-terminal
Using Ubuntu 11.04 and version 2.32.1-0ubuntu3 of gnome-terminal.
I have the background transparency set almost 90% to the maximum. Though
normally transparency shows the window immediately behind the said
window, the background displayed behind my transparent terminal is my
desktop background. The icons on the desktop are not displayed- only the
desktop background.
