Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

Hi,

When I add a new event using the calendar applet, a new instance of Evolution
Calendar is started.
This happens even when Evolution Calendar or Evolution Mail is already running.
I think it would be better if the already running Evolution instance would
switch to Calendar view. With the present configuration, the user can end up
with many instances of Evolution.

Furthermore, if I click on a day where I want to add a new event in the
applet and click "Add Event", Evolution Calendar does not switch to this
date, which would be preferable.

I'm running Ubuntu 11.04 with Evolution 2.32.2

Kind Regards
