In Natty, when using the "Classic" (Gnome2) with AND without effects, I
get strange behaviour with the panels. Specifically, when creating a new
panel, the panel itself appears "crinkly" (see attached image). Further,
the panel cannot be relocated to another location. This latter problem
may be because I have a dual monitor setup. I am unable to move a panel
to my second monitor.
