You have been subscribed to a public bug:
When I click on my name in the top-bar, and select "About me..." and fill in my
information, and click "Close", no info is saved.
Because when I open the window again, there is no avatar, no mail addresses,
just all blank fields.
I'm using a full updated Ubuntu 11.04 on my 64bit machine.
