Public bug reported: I have set up empathy with its SIP plugin to answer calls to my SIP VOIP account. It used to work, and I have done nothing but updates to change its settings. Incoming calls still work if linphone-3 is up and running. But if empathy is running, calls to my SIP phone number (through freephoneline.ca) don't answer AND, worst of all possible failures, do not even ring properly or give a busy or etc signal. Under proper functioning, if I don't answer after several seconds on SIP, my phone number will forward on to my office phone and cell phone and voicemail. But empathy is blocking that, so that people ringing my phone number get just silence -- no connection, no forwarding, no voicemail.
