Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools
When I click on the clock with right mouse button to set the time or the date,
a window comes up and say 'You are not allowed to access the system
configuration'. Same thing happens if I try to manually run the command
'time-admin'.
Same happens if I try to run eg. 'network-admin' or 'users admin'
Same thing happen if I start it after I became root with sudo -i
