You have been subscribed to a public bug:
When the computer is left alone the screensaver becomes active.
If the mouse is moved/keyboard button pressed the "enter password" prompt
appears as normal.
However after entering your password the computer returns to the screensaver
with no way to remedy.
This does not occur if the screensaver is simply set to "blank screen"
