If I run Tomboy Notes and then try to log out of my Unity session, a
dialog is displayed that says:

    A program is still running:
        Tomboy Notes
        Not responding
    Waiting for the program to finish. Interrupting the program may cause you 
to lose work.

Since Tomboy auto-saves and behaves as an indicator icon that always
runs in the background, it should silently quit instead of interrupting
the log out process.
