Correct, it no longer suspends when it shouldn't. However, there is still a bug highly affecting release quality in gnome- screensaver. The screensaver ignores the settings under "Screen" and never resumes from screen blanking, X must be restarted. The only resolution is to kill the gnome-screensaver process via startup command (DPMS is disabled). I believe this is the same issue of not properly communicating settings to dconf, but probably needs a bug of its own. Unfortunately, I'm getting timeout errors when searching for it so I'll have to wait until later.
