Public bug reported: A popup notification in the top right shows me a text message someone sent me through one of my empathy accounts. when i mouse up to click on it, hoping it will either make it go away or take me to its master (a more detailed chat window), it instead disappears when my mouse is over where it was, and reappears when my mouse leaves. How opposite-to- useful!
