** Description changed: 1. Log in to Unity 2D. 2. Press alt+f1, and Enter. 3. Type "universal access" and hit enter -> Universal access window opens. -> Universal access icon appears in sidebar. Click "All settings". Now you're in the gnome control center, or "System Settings". For example, you can go into Appearance and change the screen. But the sidebar still thinks you've got "Universal Access" open. Thinking about it, the best solution would be to remove the "All settings" button when running a specific control panel applet.
