Public bug reported:

The help menu appears to be missing from gnome-session-properties.

Steps to reproduce:
1) run 'gnome-session-properties' from the command line or select 'startup 
applications' from the unity search tool.

2) Click the Help button

Actual results:
A new window opens but complains about 'document not found'.

Expected results:
User should see the help menu, and it should be translated for the language of 
their choice.
