Public bug reported:

In previous versions, I was able to load an xml file to get a slideshow as 
background.
Now, the "add wallpaper" browser only shows only jpeg files so I can't select 
the background1.xml file.

By default, there is one background1.xml file installed in the "contest"
directory. So the feature still exists, but I am unable to use it
