Public bug reported:

I have a dual screen set up  (2x 1280by1024) for a total size of 2560x1080. 
When I open "Terminal" and slide it over on to the second screen the window is 
cut off at abut 2050 pixels from the left hand side. ( screen shots attached)
 
This is the only app that I have found that does this.

The "Terminator" also does the same thing.
