When opening an image, eog creates a window which allows for the image
to be displayed at normal size (i.e., no scaling). But after the image
is drawn, a GtkMenuBar is added to the window. Since the window does
not resize itself after adding the menu bar, the image gets scaled down
to a percentage of its true size.
