Public bug reported: I have a shortcut to Nautilus in the launcher. When I click it (and do not click anything else after that), Nautilus starts, but the focus is still on the previously active window (in the most cases Chrome). This is very annoying because I might accidently close Chrome instead of Nautilus since the close button in the panel is the close button of Chrome.
