@Sebastien: I'll disagree that this isn't a bug (the VAST majority of desktop systems are primarily administered by a single person), but we can agree to call it an "issue." :-) What other open issues are there that relate to this? At a minimum, when "no sounds" is chosen, if the user in question is a sudoer the dialog should ask whether to disable the login sound as well (and then require sudo to do it).
