** Description changed:

  Previously when using a root nautilus browser the global menu would be 
disabled & nautilus's menu would return to the nautilus window.
  This no longer happens & no menu is available in a root browser.
- I'm aware that the use of a root nautilus browser is 'quitely' being 
discouraged (At least that is my impression.
  
- In any event this does represent a regression of sorts, if anything can
- be done about this that would be nice, if not so be it.
