On the ubuntu-users list someone recently asked how to disable
ctrl+alt+delete for restarting X. I thought I'd seen the solution in the
documentation so I searched separately for "ctrl+alt+backspace", "ctrl-
alt-backspace" and "restarting x". None of these returned any results.
They should have returned links to the desktop guide section called
"Preventing the Ctrl-Alt-Backspace shortcut keys from restarting X".
