** Description changed: In Ubuntu 10.10 I used to be able to play mov files in totem (which is what mov files open in by default when you double-click them in Nautilus). Now in 11.10 I can't. When mplayer searches for the "suitable plugin", it says it can't find "quicktime demuxer". By the way the "search for suitable plugin" is a joke, isn't it? EVERY time I try to open a file that mplayer is unable to open and it searches for suitable plugin, it NEVER finds it. There has never been a single time it found and installed the suitable plugin.
