Hardware: Dell D600
1.Open menu "System"->"Administration"->"Networking";
2.Choose TAB "Connection", and select the interface;
3.Click button "properties";
4.Change the IP to a conflict one, click "OK" button;
5.System didn't give the warning for this action;
** Affects: gnome-system-tools (Ubuntu)
