Public bug reported:
This is not a bug, but rather a minor annoyance. When I set NTP server settings
for getting the time periodically, the dialog does not immediately update the
time, but either I have to wait for the period (of which length is not visible
in the setting tool, BTW) or use the "fetch immediately" feature separately.
