Public bug reported:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Playlist->Load from file...
2. Navigate to some *.m3u file
3. Click open
Actual Behavior: The application blinks and refreshes, and the new .m3u
filename appears at the top of Playlists, under 'Recently Played'
Expected Behavior: Filename should be placed alphabetically in the list
rather than at the top.
Indeed, as soon as you play the new playlist, it pops down to the
correct location in the list
