Public bug reported:

The keyboard shortcuts for copy, cut and paste are ignored by empathy.

ctrl+c, ctrl+x, ctrl+v
ctrl-ins, ctrl-del, ctrl-ins

The menu will allow copy and paste, but those that use the keyboard
shortscut find that wrong data in the clipboard after moveing somethign
form empathy.

Have noticed this since Oneiric.
