Public bug reported:
I see this on yesterdays daily Precise iso: when I press F1, nothing happens.
I'd expect it to lauch the system help browser, yelp.
The shortcut for this under the Shortcuts page of the Keyboard panel is not
set, setting it there solves the problem.
