Public bug reported:
Evince fails with an 'Unable to open Document, filetype PNG image
(image/png) not supported' error when attempting to run the 'hamexam'
perl script triggering a "fatal IO error: client killed' error from
hamexam (hamexam is a study tool for the FCC Amateur Radio licensing
exam and opens evince to display PNG graphics associated with some of
the questions and apparently works with all standard linux distros
*except* ubuntu).
