@Sam Liddicott as I stated before the code is hosted here: https://gitorious.org/jprvita-repos/telepathy-gabble/blobs/otr/src/im-channel-otr.c https://gitorious.org/jprvita-repos/telepathy-gabble/blobs/otr/src/im-channel-otr.h The code for OTR is mostly done for telepathy-gabble that is; but there is no front end code for empathy to actually implement this code. That is where the project was dropped.
