Public bug reported:
The computer when it logged in only displayed the screen wiyh wall paper
andmounse cursor. There isno Launcher Panel or top Menu Bar. Terminal
wouldn't start by pressing Alt+Cntrl+T. Had to search for it via
Nautllus.
