Public bug reported:
In the Ubuntu Desktop Guide, on the Keyboard Shortcuts page, in the
Getting Around the Desktop section, the keyboard shortcut for hiding all
windows and showing the desktop is given as Meta+D. This is incorrect,
because it does not work. The keyboard shortcut that works out of the
box is Ctrl+Alt+D.
