Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools
When running Weather Report 2.14.3 under The GNOME Panel 2.14.3:
Left click on panel icon for Weather Report.
In the new window, check under "Last update:" - you will often (not
always) see the wrong date, even after clicking on the Update button.
The time of day appears to update, but the date does not.
