Public bug reported:

When using the tree view in the sidebar in Nautilus, if you click on the
triangle next to a folder to expand it and keep the pointer over the
triangle, no amount of additional clicking on the triangle will then
collapse the folder. However, if you briefly move the mouse off of the
triangle (even just slightly) and then back onto the triangle, you can
then collapse the folder again. This is annoying when you want to
quickly expand a folder to see its subfolders and then immediately
collapse again.

Attached is a screen recording showing the problem. Although you cannot
tell from the video, when I am holding the pointer over the triangle
next to the expanded folder, I am repeatedly clicking on it, but nothing
is happening -- then as soon as I move the pointer away and back again,
clicking does collapse the folder.
