Hello Pedro ! Meanwhile I updated from 10.04 amd64 to [Xubuntu] 12.04 amd64. Today, I wanted to burn my first CD from an ISO there:
1. Xfburn, 0.4.3-4ubuntu1 Xfburn stated a successful burn, but cli>md5sum gave different checksums. 2. Brasero, 3.4.1-0ubuntu1, and Wodim, 9:1.1.11-2ubntu2: Brasero stated a successful burn - as far as I understood including checksum proof, but cli>md5sum /dev/cdrom led to /dev/cdrom: Input/output error, again. 3. Brasero and Brandon Snider's CDRTools (https://launchpad.net/~brandonsnider/+archive/cdrtools?field.series_filter=) Similar to 2. Don't hesitate to contact me for more detailed information etc. It should also still be possible to find the version number of Brasero that once worked with CDRTools on Lucid [before I accepted an upgrade for Brasero].
