When I click cancel on the "authenticate" dialog from system
settings/network/network proxy | apply system wide, the same dialog with
(maybe) some text changed is displayed over and over (up to 6 times) until it
finally stays closed. See the attached screenshots (note the text in german
although my UI is in english, that text sometimes is changing ....)
How to reproduce: Open SystemSettings / Network, select network proxy,
change the settings (e.g. from none to manual or vice versa), click
Apply systemwide, click cancel on the upcoming authentication dialog .
Changing the settings to "automatic" doesn't invoke the authentication
dialog, even when selecting "Apply systemwide"
