Public bug reported: The emacs(version 24.1) menubar is sometimes blocked by ubuntu's top panel. It's not a normal globalmenu feature because the close,mixmun and maxmum buttons are also under the top panel and i cannot click 'x' button to close emacs window. You can see screeshot in attchment.
