Public bug reported:

I'm running ubuntu 12.04 amd64 with failback sessione and i find always a dead
nautilus process hangs in memory.
Just after the boot i find a process "nautilus -n" that cause a slow opening of
other nautilus instance from GUI .
Afetr killing that process nautilus start very quickly but when i close it a
new process remains in background called "nautilus <home-dir>" and nautilus
get slower again.

I have nautilus version 1:3.4.2-0ubuntu4 .

Any suggestions?
