Public bug reported: Though the plugins are activated, the Publish dialog in Shotwell does not display dropdown entries for Facebook, Picasa, Youtube or Flicker. Piwigo and Yandex.Fotki Plugins are displayed. If neither Yandex or Piwigo plugins are activated, an error message, informing that publishing is not possible due to no publishing plugin being activated, appears when clicking on the Publish option in the menu.
The problem might be related to the webapps preview PPA (http://ppa.launchpad.net/webapps/preview/ubuntu/), the affected services seem to be the ones also being provided as Unity webapps.
