Well gdm it, if they repeated the process they would have exactly the info they need. It crashes on more than one system if you try to switch to guest while logged into another user and then back. It does it ever so often, so if it fails once, try it again. That should be enough info. Other than that, how do you suppose I retrieve a crash report from a system that won't boot properly after the crash?
