I think these settings have been moved to gsettings.  These are set from
the command line using gsettings, or there is a GUI tool dconf-editor.

Available greeter options are available in /etc/gdm/greeter.gsettings,
probably the easiest way to set them is in an override file under
/usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas.

Make sure to run `glib-compile-schemas /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas`
after creating/editing override files.
