I think these settings have been moved to gsettings. These are set from the command line using gsettings, or there is a GUI tool dconf-editor.
Available greeter options are available in /etc/gdm/greeter.gsettings, probably the easiest way to set them is in an override file under /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas. Make sure to run `glib-compile-schemas /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas` after creating/editing override files. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gdm in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1062693 Title: GDM Simple Greeter No Longer Responds to Gconf-editor or Gconftool-2 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gdm/+bug/1062693/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
