Public bug reported:

GNOME nautilus 3.4.2

If I do a search for jpg file for example within a folder that contains
around 5000 folders and each one has about 5000 files the desktop and
anything related to Nautilus first starts to take longer to respond.
After 10 to 15 minutes the whole system freezes until the search is
done. In this case the search took 45 minutes which means that I could
not interact with anything at least for 30 minutes.

The way I was thinking is that the search should not affect the
performance on the Desktop or other Nautilus windows.
