In the last days I have some problems with the CD/DVD drive (i've a hp
dv5 1030el laptop).
Few weeks ago, the drive worked fine but now it does not respond even when you
press the release button.
The laptop is ok, it did not take shots and there are no hardware problems so
the problem is software.
I use ubuntu 12.04.1 64 bit and In the last few weeks I've only run
standard updates (only precise-security and precise-updates) and
installed the software Draftsight.....is a problem of the new kernel
version?
Please help me to solve this...
