Anyway will attach here. (I'm not anywhere qualified to say it's something that should be done, only that I've never seen any issue with gtk patched in any session & it fixed all focus issues 12.04 thru current 13.04 using the proposed gtk-3 source. The orig. bug was more than nautilus but the report was switched to nautilus only.
