Public bug reported:
I've just noticed that if I boot Kubuntu with the USB drive connected in
the USB port, Kubuntu doesn't detect it and the drive isn't mounted. If
I unplug and plug the drive again, Kubuntu detects it.
I'm running kubuntu 6.06 with KDE 3.5.3
