I couldn't open that link in Evince 3.4.0, but I get the same problem with this
PDF (and all the other PDF:s with forms that I tried so far):
http://www.google.se/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&ved=0CDwQFjAB&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.privatgirot.se%2FGlobal%2Fanvandarguide-priv%2Fpgavi.pdf&ei=pizsUPznIISD4gS774CABA&usg=AFQjCNE3wDSbTiVPByuamM1AwYfsawVNLA&sig2=xQ8RKCH0nLcmMCaaeBRc5w&bvm=bv.1357316858,d.bGE

Just wanted to add that it seems like the but persists in 3.4.0 as well.
I have a couple of variants of this PDF saved since I edited them in
Evince for Ubuntu 10.10, and when I save them, they are saved exactly as
if I didn't change them, that is what the file looked like when I opened
it.
