How to reproduce a bug:
- start cheese (or skype)
- the screen is black
- wait a minute or two until you see your webcam light is on
- close cheese
- start again cheese
- now you can see a picture from a webcam
Expected:
- video should be shown after you start cheese
Result:
- cheese window is black

-Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS
-Cheese version: 3.4.1
-Skype: 4.1
-gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly 0.10.18.3-1ubuntu1
