Public bug reported:
When I go to to publish from the file menu in Shotwell and select and
configure more accounts a gnome settings window opens, which only
displays Language and updates and no visible way to configure any
accounts (I assume which should be the Google/Facebook etc accounts that
Ubuntu allows one to configure).
